Take responsibility for the devastation that hits our vets so damn hard? Your work for the homeless is nothing less than a miracle, and I am so sorry it puts your well-being in jeopardy too. The thugs that commit violent acts (be it "authorities" or messed-up teenagers) have to be held accountable--fully accountable--for these beastly, unforgivable acts. I also have real hope that the general public, with no idea of the realities homeless people endure to survive, will be empathetic once the blind is removed.
